Spring break in Ocho Rios Jamaica.  Loved the water.  Swam in it, parasailed over it, hung out by it.  Water defines this Jamaican beach city that has some of the most luxurious resorts in the world and is a destination for many cruise ships.  Check out our video.  It was shot and edited on the iphone 4 by the Sun and Fun Tourist, Joel Baycroft.

Where We Stayed in Ocho Rios Jamaica-Sunset Jamaica Grande

On the beaches  of Ocho Rios, Jamaica Grande Resort and Spa is where we stayed. It’s a great spot for a romantic getaway or  family vacation.  It’s an all-inclusive resort which has a state-of-the-art spa, private beach, shops, tennis court, wellness areas, and designated kids pool.  The resort has been recently renovated and has a new owner.  It is now know as the Moon Palace Jamaica Grande

You can lounge by the  beachside water complex and  water slides, pools, waterfalls, and Jacuzzi’s, or float down the lazy river .  The resort has seven bars and six restaurants.
